New Patient Registration
Culloden Surgery covers the Eastern side of Inverness. We do not register new patients who reside on the western side of the river ness nor do we continue to register patients who move address to the other side of the River Ness.
If moving into the area, please come along to register with the surgery. You will be required to complete a registration form and, once accepted by the surgery, your former medical records will be requested and transferred to the surgery. In the meantime, you will be invited to attend for a new patient check with the Healthcare Assistant – during this check details will be taken of any medical conditions and medication that you may require. Your height, weight, blood pressure and smoking status will also be noted.
When registering please bring along one form of photo ID and evidence that you reside at a local address (lease agreement, community charge bill). We are required to check ID to ensure that you are entitled to NHS services (by being normally resident in Scotland).
If you move outside of the practice boundaries (including the western side of the river ness), the surgery will ask you to register with a GP who is nearer to your home address.
